SHIPPING POLICY

At Loyalty Beauti Kollectionz, we appreciate your support and aim to ensure every order is handled with care.

Please allow up to 15 business days for order fulfillment and delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been processed.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped on Fridays only (excluding holidays) and are processed in the order they are received.

Once your order has shipped, all delivery updates and concerns should be directed to the carrier using your tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on orders over $25 (unless otherwise stated).

For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Domestic orders are shipped using Standard, Priority, or Express services. International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
